 　　LVT軟質復合地板由擠出機擠出地板基材，再經過一套六輥復合機對基材與印刷層，耐磨層，防滑層進行同時復合，通過對放卷張力，耐磨層預熱的精確控制，達到放卷時不起皺，不收縮，不變形等效果，擠出復合生產效率高，產品質量穩定

 　　LVT軟質復合地板生產線是常州金緯片板設備制造公司不斷創新改進的產品，可以替代傳統層壓機的生產方式，該生產線可實現在線復合，在線壓花，在線回火等功能，生產線具有占用場地小，生產效率高，操作簡便等特點。

 　　LVT cork composite flooring production line is developed by Changzhou Jwell Plate&Sheet Equipment Co.,LTD through continuous innovation, which could replace the production mode of traditional laminating machine. This production line has the function of on-line compositing, on-line embossing, on-line tempering, etc. This line has the advantage of small floor occupation, high production efficiency, easy operation, etc.

1. 在線擠出生產線：On-line extruding line:

　　1.1 擠出機：SJZ80/156(電機功率75KW)

　　Extruder:SJZ80/156(Power 75KW)

　　1.2 生產線擠出產量：2600平方/天

　　Extrusion capacity:2600 square meters/day.

2. 模具：Mold:

　　2.1 模具采用阻流棒控制形式，可快速調節出料均勻

 　　The mold controlled by flow resisting bar, which could ensure quick adjustment and output evenly.

　　2.2 上下模唇可微調，更好的控制產品厚度

 　　Could fine tuning the upper and down mold lip to better control the product’s thickness.

 　　3. 六輥復合成型機：Six-roller composite forming machine:

　　3.1 采用段復合設計，可以減少表面貼合材料的拉伸

 　　Use section composite design, which could reduce the stretching of surface’s laminating material.

　　3.2 創新的加熱過渡輥設計，可確保較厚耐磨層的復合強度

 　　Innovative heating transitional roller could ensure the composition strength of thick wear-resisting layer.

　　3.3 壓花輥的安裝設計，壓花效果好，更換花輥更方便

4. 回火及吸水牽引機Tempering and water absorbing haul off unit.

　　4.1 通過在線回火設計，可有效控制產品的平整度及收縮率

 　　Through the on-line tempering design, could control the product’s flatness and shrinkage effectively.

　　4.2 吸水牽引機可有效去除制品表面的水份

　　5. 自動定長剪板機Automatic length fixing cutter.

　　5.1 剪板機入口帶輔助牽引設計，可更好控制剪板的穩定性

 　　The entrance of cutter have the design of auxiliary haul off, that could better control the cutter board’s stability.

　　5.2 特殊的切割設計，可以最大限度的減少產品端面的毛邊

 　　The special design of cutting could reduce the burrs of product’s end face as much as possible.

　　5.3 產品的自動定長功能，方便人員操作，切割精度高
